China Accounting Association (C**) is a non-profit professional organization of accountants established in February 1992 with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is a comprehensive social organization registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs and covering all accounting-related professions.

C** dedicates itself to the research, teaching, training, auditing, regulation, development, and promotion of the accounting profession in China, as well as the exchange of international accounting knowledge and experience.
